Python 使用PIP安装Spacy时出错-退出状态1

我试图在Python 3.7.3的Anaconda prompt中安装SpaCy，下面出现了错误

我已将pip（到19.3.1）和setuptools（到41.6.0）升级到最新版本

我需要使用代理并且没有（本地）管理员权限，因此我无法设置虚拟环境

有什么好主意吗？我是新手。谢谢

问题是由于Anaconda是32位的，而操作系统是64位的。重新安装64位版本的Anaconda，一切正常
